Competent Person Training
HFHI requires all affiliates to have a Competent person on sites with volunteers at all times. HFHI now conducts these trainings online. Affiliates can find more information on My.Habitat.
QLO Training
This training is for staff members who need to renew their annual Qualified Loan Originator Training certificate. U.S. federal law requires loan originators to meet certain qualification standards, including ongoing training. QLO compliance is a criteria of Good Standing and this training meets the requirements for the state-specific portion of the annual QLO certification. WI Haus
Our statewide conference is a two-day event filled with workshops, round tables, and speakers focused on helping all Habitat affiliates in Wisconsin to successfully reach their goals. In 2021 WI Haus will switch to a virtual format.
