Lisa Paulson, Acting Single Family Housing Program Director, USDA

Lisa Paulson is the Area Director for the Spooner and Menomonie offices and is the Wisconsin Native American Coordinator. She is currently serving as the Acting Single Family Housing Program Director for Rural Development. She joined the Agency in July of 1989 and has worked in several Rural Development programs throughout her career. Her current position in Single Family Housing is overseeing the Direct Loan Program which provides loans to very low and low-income individuals and families, as well as home repair loan and grants. She also is assisting Community Programs with municipal sewer and wate projects and community facilities.
